Yes, all the shoes which we manufacture are 100% genuine leather
What is the name of the leather used?
We use vegetable tanned leather, which is chemical free and follow standards of European leather.
What are the various outer-soles used?
We have a wide variery of soles from leather soles,TPR soles,EVA soles and Rubber soles to offer to our customer based on their taste.
We use different soles based on the style of the shoe, you can refer the product description of the shoe to know more about the features.
What are the insoles made of?
We use the most comfortable eva and latex insoles and foams on our shoes for long day wear

How long does it take to ship Garspelle shoes?
The shoes are ususally despached on the same day or next working day. But to mention , the shoes may take 3-5 working days to reach you based on your location.
How many days does it take for the product to deliver?

What is Garspelle’s return and exchange policy ?

A Product in an unworn condition with the packaging intact not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the order . If the product is returned after seven (7) days, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Garspelle will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise and the decision of Garspelle shall be final. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the Product.

How long does it take to process the refund?
After you've successfully applied for return, within 24-48 hours your shoes/slippers will be picked up. Then, If the terms and conditions of Garspelle return is met, the payment will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt of the returned package.
What if I found my package tampered during the delivery?
Please do not accept the order if the package is tampered, kindly take a snap of the box and share to support@garspelle.com
What if I have a issue with size and color, what is the process of exchange?
The focus for us here at Garspelle has been to improve the buying process of shoes and make them super easy and hassle free. If you run into size issues , then all you need to do is drop us email at support@garspelle.com and we will immediately ship a shoes in the next size to you.
