Return/Refund & Exchange
We follow a stringent quality check before dispatching the product to our customers, but there are circumstances when something might slip through. You can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery. You are entitled to a refund, return or exchange in the following cases:
- If you have received a wrong/incorrect product.
- If the products are with defects/damages.
- If the products you received was tampered during the transit.
- Or the product you ordered does not fit you in terms of size.
Kindly ensure the below points before making a return request:
- The products should be brand new and in an un-used condition. Any wear and tear In the product would not be accepted.
- Pack the product in the same way as you received it, so that it does not get damaged during the transit back to us.

Please be aware that if you request for return or exchange, you’d have to bear the shipping charges for sending the product back to us.
We will be glad to help you process an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to be returned to us in its original packing condition. Please reach out to email@example.com for more help.
For refunds, you will receive the payment, in the next 10-15 days depending upon the transaction made and the actual mode of payment done while placing the order. Kindly ensure the products are new/unused. For processing a refund kindly write to us firstname.lastname@example.org
